Changed terms 2022
Published 2021-12-22Swedish hauliers have decided to change the general terms and conditions for inland container haulage in Sweden.
Up to this point there has been a standard of 1 hour waiting time for loading and unloading, per 1st January 2022 any loading/offloading time will be charged from the arrival at customer premises as per every started 30 minutes period.
The reason for this change is mainly due to the shortage of drivers and with this change the Swedish hauliers hope that they will increase their market capacity and improve the situation for the industry.
C Land Logistics wants to continue to stand for simplicity and clarity, we will therefore maintain previous conditions regarding free loading / unloading time, but we are unfortunately forced to compensate for the cost increases.
